Who We Work With

Social impact is not limited to any one sector.

We work with purpose-driven organisations at different stages on their journey, with approaches and solutions that can be tailored for maturity and size. We work predominantly but not exclusively in the nonprofit space.

We believe that the mission to deepen, scale and strengthen social impact transcends sector boundaries. To do this we value connection and collaboration with corporate partners and opportunities to bridge their skills and solutions with the ingenuity that lies in the nonprofit sector.

We also work in close partnership with a select crew of membership organisations, predominantly working on learning & development and thought leadership. We are as passionate as they are about driving best practice and talent in the sector.

As a small boutique agency, we regularly partner with other specialists in the space. If you think there is potential for us to collaborate, we’d love to hear from you.

Jane brought a big agenda of change in her area and the broader Public Engagement and Fundraising allowing for a more systemised approach which led to better decision making and improved outcomes on return on investment. She has great leadership traits which allow for change management amongst stakeholders using a combination of her innate empathy with a rigour to push the agenda forward. In addition, her data centric approach provides an evidenced based change agenda which equips stakeholders to take ownership in their own decision making and direction of activities. She employs and deploys resources (people, process and systems) which led to transformative change. She is a highly committed, hard-working and very trustworthy person who brings energy, humour and great communications to any activities she is involved in.
