Jane Trenaman, Founder & MD
Jane founded The HX Consultancy in 2023, specialising in leadership, supporter insight and experience – the culmination of a 25 year career with customer experience and social impact at its heart.
She is a passionate believer in the untapped opportunity these disciplines hold for the sector having seen the benefits play out first hand.
Jane has held a range of senior leadership, consultancy, mentor and trustee roles in the nonprofit sector. She is an expert in nonprofit fundraising in organisations large and small, at different stages in maturity, in diverse parts of the sector.
Before joining the nonprofit sector, she spent a decade working in insights and customer experience in the automotive, telco and design sectors. This informs her data driven approach to successful fundraising, from an operational to strategic level.
