Fundraising Leadership Assembly
The FLA is a network of UK senior fundraising leaders offering peers a safe place to explore ideas & exchange knowledge. Together we explore key strategic challenges through series of virtual and in-person events. Content is member-driven & emphasis is on interactivity, openness & group catharsis. Sessions are free to attend, thanks to collaboration with corporate partners.
With content entirely member-driven, we love to hear from members about topics that would be of most value to them to discuss with their peers. If you have a hot topic that you would like to see explored, or perhaps even to speak to, do get in touch! What is the FLA?
The FLA is a network of senior fundraising leaders across the UK – a safe space and peer forum for thought leadership, inspiration & catharsis. We hold free quarterly virtual and in-person events throughout the year, with member-driven content to tackle critical strategic fundraising challenges.
I’m not a member - how can I join?
The network works on an invitation basis – if you or a peer fundraising director in your network that you believe would benefit from and contribute to the group please get in touch at jane@fundraisingleadershipassembly.com
Is there a charge to sign up or attend?
FLA sessions are free of charge, thanks to member contributions and corporate partners passionate to support the nonprofit sector. But our motto is ‘no slides, no sermons’ and you won’t be sold to. This is about warts and all peer to peer learning and support.
Is this a UK only network?
The majority of our members are based in the UK, but we are increasingly being joined by a wider European audience of thought leaders. We also collaborate on two virtual sessions each year with Cii’s Irish Fundraising Director’s Network and the US-based CDO Council to pool international learnings.
Can I be a speaker?
